2. Your personal information
We handle your personal information in line with POPIA, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. Monthly package terms (effective 1 October 2026)
By signing up for a Mr Laundry monthly package, you agree to the following:
- Registration. Customers must register online via our website or send their details on WhatsApp to purchase a monthly contract.
- Payment. Payment is due on the day of the first pickup — cash, card payment, or via EFT on the day of the first collection.
- Partial Refunds. After the second collection, the contract funds are not 100% refundable. Any remaining balance may be refunded subject to a 50% penalty fee. The remaining balance is calculated by dividing the contract value by the number of collections.
- Collection Day. A specific collection day must be stated by the customer, confirmed by the Mr Laundry team, and set for the rest of the month.
- Excluded Lines. This contract does not include Sneaker Cleaning or Bedroom Edition (duvets, blankets, pillows) lines — these are billed separately.
- Turnaround. Standard 48-hour turnaround applies from collection to delivery.
- Service Area. Packages are valid within Potchefstroom and surrounding areas we service.
- Weight. Package pricing is based on the stated weight per package; loads exceeding the package weight will be billed at the standard per-kg rate.
- Missed Collections. Missed pickups must be rescheduled within the same month; unused pickups do not roll over.
- Changes. Mr Laundry reserves the right to update pricing and terms with reasonable notice.
