How to request deletion
Send us a request from the email address or phone number linked to your account:
Please include your name and the email address you use to sign in. We'll confirm with you before we delete anything.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in
- Your name, email address, phone number and collection/delivery address
- Your saved preferences and marketing opt-in
What we may keep
Order, invoice and payment records may be kept for as long as South African law requires (for example, tax records). These are stored securely and used for no other purpose.
Only want to stop marketing?
You don't need to delete your account. Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or tell us on WhatsApp and we'll stop sending you promotions.
